Sailonet sails are classed in three different categories:
- Jupiter For Dacron sails polyester high tenacity crosscut
- Venus For Mylar and taffeta sails in a radial cut.
- Ariane For all spinnakers and gennakers
All materials are rigorously tested and selected: Bainbridge, Dimension Polyant and Contender Sailclothes Rutgerson, Aquabatten and Sailman for equipment such as eyelets, slides, batten boxes etc...
All the sails are computer designed and laser cut. The manufacturing process is scrupulously respected from the design, the shape, the material used for each sail, the finishing touches such as the clew, tack, head and the batten pocket reinforcements.
The rigorous controls and the meticulous manufacturing procedures that we follow, allow SAILONET to offer a guarantee of two years from the day that your sail is purchased.
