Karver KF0.9

The furler is the ideal system to use your gennaker.

KF 0.9 consists of a toothed pulley and an emerillon. It is maintenance-free thanks to its sealed bearings. The protection of the aluminium is ensured by a special anodising with Teflon impregnation. The protection housing of the toothed pulley is made of fibre-reinforced plastic, which protects the deck and sail from any metal contact and ensures the protection of the unit in the event of an impact during operation.

The installation of the rope is very easy thanks to the notch made in the toothed pulley (Karver Patent!)
The carabiner under the turret allows easy installation.

• This furler is the only one in the range delivered without a star wheel locking system or swivel protection.
• If you do not want to tie a knot on the lashing eye of the swivel, you can use a textile shackle
• If the chainplate on which you want to attach the carabiner directly is too large, you can add a small dyneema loop
• Attention! The KF1 terminal does not fit into the clevis of the KF0.9
